	The research papers presented in the area of food biotechnology after peer review will be published in a special issue of Elsevier Science journal, Food Research International*
	The review papers presented by the invited speakers and some other selected contributory papers would be considered for publication in the Volume III of the book on Advances in Bioprocesses in Food Industries
*Elsevier has agreed to offer the copy of the special issue of the journal at a highly discounted rate of Euros 20.50 to the delegates of the conference. The copy, however, must be booked in advance at the time of registration by paying full amount (converted to Indian rupees).
